Amount to be Refunded	No. of days prior to the conference date
75%	More than 60 days, i.e. on or before July 28, 2008
50%	30 to 60 days, i.e. between July 29 and August 28, 2008
Nil	Less than 30 days, i.e. on or after August 29, 2008

Is there a group discount?

Yes. If 10 or more people register at the same time as a group, each registrant will enjoy a 10% discount.

Is the Conference approved for continuing education credits?

Yes. The Conference has been accredited.

This program meets the accreditation criteria of The College of Family Physicians of Canada and has been accredited for up to 11 Mainpro-M1 credits.

This event is an Accredited Group Learning Activity (Section 1) as defined by the Maintenance of Certification program of The Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada, approved by the University of Toronto (11 credits).

The Office of Continuing Education and Professional Development, Faculty of Medicine, University of Toronto, designates this educational activity for a maximum of 11 Category 1 credits toward The American Medical Association Physician's Recognition Award.

The Sunday Satellite Symposium is an additional 1-hour accredited educational event, as a regular CCMS (Ontario) CME.
